Job Description The Analyst, Operations will: Develop the new Rate Training Manual for the Navy Master-at-Arms (MA) community. In addition, the analyst will attend the kickoff meeting and one or more in-process reviews. The analyst will also draft learning objectives and assessment items for inclusion in the RTM.

Requires BS/BA degree or equivalent work/training experience.
Requires 15-20 years recent experience as a Master-at-Arms:
Be a recognized leader across the MA community.
Be familiar with Navy Occupational Standards for the MA community.
Be a subject matter expert in validating Navy Training Requirements Review for the MA rating.
Be familiar with the Personnel Qualifications Standards for the MA rating.

Excellent written communication skills is a requirement of employment.
