          Job Overview The Senior Analyst, IT Security is primarily responsible for providing thought leadership, technical expertise, and project management for IT Security-related projects and initiatives. This position works closely, under broad guidelines and minimum supervision, with all IT Groups and BKC’s technology partners and vendors, providing direction and supervision on security methods, BKC specific processes, and standards. Also, the senior analyst serves as a consultant to IT project teams. This position reports directly to BKC's Chief Privacy Officer.

          Responsibilities:
          · Drive all PCI and SOX audits through to completion
          · Ensure that all IT policies are being properly followed
          · Manage any outside Information Technology vendors and ensure that each vendor follows proper network policies
          · Assure that all networks and machines are properly patched
          · Interpret and leverage security metrics and other statistical information to take appropriate action
          · Work cross-functionally on many projects at the same time
          Requirements/Qualifications

          * Bachelor's degree in computer science or related technical degree, with a minimum of 3 yrs security experience in a multi-platform environment

          * SOX/ PCI standards for compliance management; and standard industry threat management, trust management, and vulnerability management tools

          * Windows 2000/2003/2008 servers, Windows 2000/XP Pro/Windows 7 workstations;

          * Configuration, administration, and management experience with Windows severs, active directory, routers, switches, firewalls, proxy servers, and intrusion detection

          * Project management experience with the ability to work on multiple projects and navigate in a highly matrixed organization

          * Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

          * Strong written and oral communication skills

          * Able to support routine, on-call requirements as needed

          * Team-oriented

          * Management experience and proven leadership skills, a plus
